This price is for the four-month duration of this seasonal CSA and averages to $90 per month. If you'd like to join the CSA in the middle of a season, or if you'd like to pay in monthly installments, please contact us before placing your order. Each beef box will contain at least 2 lbs ground beef and at least two steaks OR one roast. Weight will be at least 6 lbs per box. A sample box could include: 2 lbs ground beef, 1 chuck roast, and 1 large sirloin steak, and 4 lbs short ribs. Pickup is at one of our pickup times/locations during the first week of each month, unless we communicate otherwise. Choose your CSA pickup location in checkout and we'll contact you with all the info you need! As CSA members, you'll also be the first to be notified of back-in-stock cuts and any promotions! Our Summer CSA runs from May into August, Fall CSA is September into December, and Spring CSA is January into April.
