Swan Bros. Dairy, Inc., began in 1923 by Ruby and Harley Swan, Sr. with one cow. The dairy has been passed down through four generations, with Diane Williamson purchasing the dairy from her father in 2016, and her children Jason Williamson and Ashley Hollingsworth set to continue the legacy. They started selling Grade A raw milk to the public in 1951 and began producing handcrafted cheeses in 1985, expanding their cheese varieties over the years.
