Coarse salt and pepper crusted, wrapped in bacon, seared in a smoking hot cast iron skillet, flipped and finished in a 500 degree oven. Killer! We had a couple of friends over Saturday and I served them Weise Farms wagyu smoked beef ribs. They melted in your mouth!! The flavor was rich and creamy.
