Grade A Raw Milk From Healthy Jersey Cows, Raised Right Here at Home. The Ramseydairy has been in operation since 1968. Earlier this year, Morgan's father closed the operation of milking/managing hundreds of cows and sending the milk off on a milk truck. It wasn't long before the idea of milking again became a topic of conversation, but this time with a new twist, which ultimately became a reality. We now milk fewer than 20 cows and sell the goodness directly from the dairy. Knowing where our food comes from has been a long-standing focus point in our family. Additionally, the idea that we are losing farmers and family-run operations right here in East Texas made the adventure of embracing the role of third-generation dairy farmers all the more meaningful for our family. We hope to be a place where you can get your grocery staples (and more), support our farming and maker community, and simplify access to good food and treats in our rural setting. Currently, 99% of our products are from Texans, with most originating from East Texas.
