Founded by Cort De Hart in 2020, Conundrum Farms is more than a farm. It’s a family of friends, brought together by their mutual love of sustainable farming, improving local food & outdoor access and cultivating community. We may have different backgrounds and interests, but we’re all happy growing, teaching, and dreaming up new ways to bring people together through food and in nature. Field Trip & Events Coordinator Each of us have our own story about how 2020 changed everything. As the COVID-19 pandemic swept the world into chaos, Cort De Hart was disheartened to see everyone becoming increasingly disconnected. As someone who values his community and the natural world, he felt compelled to be part of creating a positive change. With the help of countless friends and supporters, Cort founded Conundrum Farms - a place for people to gather together and connect with each other and the earth. The farm began as a space for growing local organic food, but the vision has expended to bring people of all backgrounds together in the name of community, creativity, and connection. By creating this space where people can connect with each other and with the earth, Conundrum Farm hopes to create a brighter, more sustainable future. Now, Conundrum Farms is honored to be called home by several non-profit partners with similar missions rooted in farming, promoting community, and sustainability. And finally, with its beautiful outdoor spaces and comfortable indoor accommodations, the farm has become an ideal location for conferences, retreats, concerts, and any event meant to bring people together in a meaningful way. We invite you to visit, to volunteer, to explore our gardens and grounds, to hopefully be inspired by the beauty of nature and the healing power of our growing community. Conundrum Farms has already accomplished so much in a short amount of time, but there are still many dreams to be brought to life.
