My Brother's Beef

Our large herd of Black Angus and Angus/Hereford crossed cattle have been carefully bred and developed for many generations to not only survive, but thrive on a 100% forage diet. NO GRAIN, EVER! With hundreds of acres of natural grasses and forbs, our cattle eat as the bison did when they once roamed. We believe it's this diverse forage diet that gives our beef its rich, meaty flavor and nutritional value and it's the genetics that we've worked so diligently to develop over the years that creates our tender and very well-marbled beef.
