Paul is a fourth-generation cattle rancher and grew up on a large ranch in the foothills of the Sierra Nevadas in California. He met Shari while he was studying animal husbandry at Cal-Poly, and they married in 1983. Paul managed the family cattle ranch for 20 years and raised 3 wonderful daughters. In 2004, Paul and Shari moved their ranch to the Texoma region of Oklahoma where they started Real Ranch Grassfed. Their experience in the industry convinced them of the superior health benefits of 100% grass fed meat, so they began Real-Ranch as a way to provide Oklahoma families with healthier meat options and real food for their tables.
